Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To start a return, please reach out through our Contact Us page. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you’ll receive a refund once your return is approved, and you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
